Booking terms

These terms apply to all bookings of spaces at Creative Eden, George Road Community Church, George Road, Oldbury, B68 9LN, operated by Creative Eden Limited ("we", "us").

1. Your booking

When you book online you pay for the items with a set price, and your chosen time is held for you. Every request is then reviewed by our team. Your booking is confirmed only when we email you to say so.

If we can't accommodate your request, we'll either offer you another date (which you're free to accept or decline) or decline the request and refund what you paid for it.

Extras marked "Quote" are priced separately. We'll either send you a price to pay online or let you know, with a reason, if we can't provide them.

The person making the booking must be 18 or over and is responsible for the event, the guests and the space during the booking.

2. Times

Your booked time must include any set-up and pack-down time. Please leave the space as you found it by the end of your booking. Overruns may be charged at the hourly rate.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are charged in full when you book online. Items marked "Quote", "to be confirmed" or "contact us" aren't included and will be quoted separately.

The church member rate is for members of Beauty Behind Gospel church. We may ask you to confirm membership, and we may charge the difference if you're not eligible.

4. Refundable deposits

Some equipment carries a refundable deposit. We return it to your original payment method within 14 days of your booking, less the cost of any loss or damage.

5. Cancellations

If you cancel more than 14 days before your booking, we'll refund you in full. If you cancel between 14 days and 48 hours before, we'll refund 50%. We can't offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking. Refundable deposits are always returned.

If we have to cancel your booking, we'll refund you in full.

6. Use of the space

Please treat the building with care and respect that it is a church. No smoking, illegal drugs or anything unlawful on the premises. Please check with us before bringing alcohol. We may end a booking without refund if these terms are broken or if anyone's safety is at risk.

You're responsible for any damage caused during your booking beyond normal wear and tear.

7. Music studio

The Eden XL Music Studio is for Christian or positive, conscious music. We may decline or end sessions that don't fit this purpose.

8. Liability

We're not responsible for loss of or damage to your belongings or your guests' belongings, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
