Booking questions
How does booking work?
Choose a space, pick a date and time, add any extras, and pay securely online to hold your slot. Our team reviews every request and emails you to confirm. If we can't accommodate it, we'll offer you another date or a refund.
What are refundable deposits?
Some equipment, such as cameras and the 65" touch-screen TV, carries a refundable deposit. It's shown separately in your total and returned after your booking if the equipment comes back undamaged.
Who qualifies for the church member rate?
Members of Beauty Behind Gospel church. We may ask you to confirm membership before your booking.
Some extras say "contact us" or "to be confirmed"
Tick them when you book. They aren't charged at checkout. Once we've checked availability we'll send you a price to pay online from your booking page, or let you know if we can't provide them.
Can I book with less than 48 hours' notice?
Online bookings need at least 48 hours' notice. For anything sooner, call or email us and we'll do our best.
Can I visit first?
Of course. Get in touch to arrange a viewing.
